Job Summary
Manage HPC Warehouse (HPC WH) operations, ensure DDR closure on time, and control VN88 & block stock to reduce inventory value while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
HPC Warehouse Management
- Manage 3PL for inbound, outbound and inventory activities in warehouse
- Review and optimize warehouse space to maximize HPC WH capacity
- Arrange storage layout ensuring sufficient RM storage locations
- Execute PGR & PGI transactions on SAP for all shipments
- Ensure TR/TO deliveries for production are on time
- Supervise stock take and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Manage RM & FG inventory compliance (temperature & humidity requirements)
- Prepare monthly warehouse reports
- Handle customer complaints related to HPC shipments
- Coordinate with IT to resolve SAP/system issues
Subcontractor & Consignment Management
- Manage consignment stock for dealers and subcontractors
- Verify and confirm monthly stock quantities with vendors
- Execute compensation processes between BBVN & vendors
DDR Report Management
- Collect DDR reports from DDR App and organize monthly DDR meetings
- Update DDR status and follow through until closure
- Coordinate with PIC and suppliers to close DDRs on time
- Report monthly DDR performance/status to manager
VN88 & Block Stock Management
- Download VN88 & block stock data from SAP system
- Analyze root causes and coordinate with relevant departments
- Lead monthly meetings for release / scrap decisions (RM/FG)
- Report status to direct manager
Destruction Document Management
- Collect complete destruction documentation from warehouses
- Provide records for auditors/tax purposes (CIT deduction)
Stakeholder Management
Internal: PMS, IMEX, Demand Planning, FICO, QC
External: 3PL, Suppliers, Consignment dealers, Subcontractors
- Work cross-functionally to resolve DDR issues, shipment data, stock discrepancies and vendor claims
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree (required)
- Master’s degree or higher (preferred)
Experience
Must-have:
- Minimum 2 years of Warehouse management experience (inbound, storage, outbound full scope)
- Good communication in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- SAP / GSP / temperature-controlled warehouse experience
- Logistics or Supply Chain background
- Knowledge of Medical / Pharma products
- Experience managing 3PL
