Position Summary

The Production Operator performs production-related tasks in an FDA and cGMP regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and supporting production equipment, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.

 

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday (5:30am-5:30pm)

Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.

 

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Perform production-related tasks in an FDA and cGMP regulated environment.
  • Interface with production equipment (HMI) and resolve machine jams.
  • Perform product and material inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning activities and complete related documentation.
  • Load, unload, and pack manufactured products.
  • Utilize good documentation practices (GDP) to accurately record batch record data.
  • Perform equipment flush activities.
  • Complete assigned training within established deadlines.
  • Assist other product lines or departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Compensation

Salary Range: $22 -$26 / Hour
