Position Summary

This role is responsible for performing production-related administrative and operational tasks within an FDA and cGMP regulated environment. The position supports manufacturing activities, documentation, inspections, and equipment interaction to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.


Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Performs a variety of production-related administrative tasks in an FDA and cGMP regulated environment
  • Utilizes good documentation practices to record batch record data and perform corrections
  • Operates and interfaces with production equipment
  • Oversees and performs cleaning activities and documents in logbooks
  • Performs product inspections as required by department/product line (PM, leak testing, touch test, etc.)
  • Maintains electronic BBraun Performance Management System (eBPMS) and performs various batch release calculations (yield, rejects, etc.)
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area and replenishes supplies and materials as needed
  • Coordinates team breaks, lunches, and coverage to support training activities
  • Completes assigned training and maintains certification requirements within established deadlines
  • Assists other product lines or departments as needed

  • Exercises limited judgment in resolving routine issues
  • Regular interaction with supervisor, team leads, and peers

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required inspector certifications

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to sit and communicate (talk/hear)
  • Frequently required to use hands, handle objects, and reach
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally

Salary Range: $22.95- $24.58 per hour

 

 

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
