Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department's safety program, suggestion program, training compliance, and documentation support. Support Manufacturing Supervisor’s by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non-conformances and product complaint responses. Electronic batch record audit and POV response. May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organizes, maintains, coordinates and manages the department's safety program, suggestion program, training compliance and documentation support.
- Supports Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non-conformances and product complaint responses.
- Electronic batch record audit and POV response.
- May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
- Ability to work non-stand schedule as needed
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
- Works under general supervision. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems
Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred
- 02-04 years related experience required.
Compensation: $26.00-28.41/ Per Hour
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
