Job Function - General:
- Performs on-the-job learning in a manufacturing environment as assigned by mentor
- Progress in apprentice program by attending and completing assigned courses and training
- Document activities accordingly as required by department apprenticeship program and facility requirements
- Complete assigned rotations by working on differing shifts as necessary

- Works under guidance from an assigned mentor and direct supervision, will receive detailed verbal and/or written instructions. Uses established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Problem Solving:
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.

- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, mentor and peers.
