This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization by transforming complex data into actionable insights that support process improvements, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. The role will be focused on supporting our Operations and Service work streams operating in the US healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performance and project outcomes.
- Collect, clean and analyaze datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Service, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, IT) to identify areas of improevemnt and support Lean, Six Sigma, and continous improvement initiatives
- Use statisitical tools and data visualization techniques to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Support the development and tracking of Operational Excellence initiatives, including cost savings, quality improvements, and productivity enhancements.
- Provide ad hoc support to service customer business reviews
