B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to support the maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of company grounds and landscaped areas. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained outdoor environment through hands‑on groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation.
This is a physically active, individual contributor role requiring attention to safety, equipment care, and follow‑through.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement landscaping improvements and renovations using appropriate plants and landscaping materials
- Maintain pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, and drains by clearing debris and ensuring safe conditions
- Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, mowers, edgers, hedge trimmers, chain saws, tractors, loaders, and snow removal equipment
- Perform minor repairs to grounds equipment and irrigation sprinklers; assist with installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and functional condition
- Order materials and equipment needed to maintain grounds and landscaping areas
- Maintain work schedules to ensure all required grounds maintenance is completed
- Take responsibility for assigned work and follow through to completion
- Develop skills in additional areas of facility maintenance as needed

Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of motorized equipment and hand/power tools used in groundskeeping
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions related to grounds and maintenance work
- Knowledge of chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, cultivation, weed control, seeding, planting, and plant care
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English
- Ability to operate hand tools, motorized equipment, and vehicles such as cars and trucks with trailers
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in groundskeeping and/or landscaping
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating a wide range of grounds and landscaping equipment
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Pay Range: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour based on experience
- This position may require occasional overtime based on business needs
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged sitting during mowing operations
- Prolonged standing and walking on varied terrain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent reaching, pulling, bending, and occasional climbing
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
