Job Function - General:
The Executive Administrator is a trusted partner and responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel, expenses and meeting logistics, anticipating needs and resolving conflicts proactively
· Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and executive correspondence on behalf of the CEO
· Coordinate logistics and planning for internal meetings, special events, projects and research to support executive decision‑making
· Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
· Track action items, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution
· Handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion
· Support Board of Directors and committee activities, including meeting coordination, travel and travel and expense reports
· Facilitate communication between executives, administrators, leaders and employees
Qualifications
· 7–10+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives, preferably a CEO
· Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
· High emotional intelligence and ability to operate with autonomy and sound judgment
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive‑level communications
Education and Professional Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Proficient use of Microsoft Suite, i.e, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel
Schedule: Hybrid schedule working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Corporate office
Salary Range: $94,800 - $104,800
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
