Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
Manage and maintain sales alignments within SAP to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Execute mass data uploads and updates using Winshuttle.

- Support and manage special projects as assigned.
- Supervise Customer Support Representatives and/or Customer File Specialists.
- Direct daily workflow and monitor workloads to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries.
- Monitor phone calls, call metrics, and other customer interactions; provide feedback, performance coaching, and guidance as needed.
- Provide direct support to assigned customer accounts to ensure service expectations are met.
- Ensure proper phone coverage, scheduling, performance management, and resolution of personnel-related issues.
