Position Summary:
Join B. Braun Medical Inc. and become part of our PFG Product Engineering Team, where you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of medical products, ranging from simple disposables to advanced active medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and combination therapies.
This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to lead projects, collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and contribute to initiatives that directly support patient safety, product quality, and company growth. You'll work within a regulated environment while gaining exposure to product development, new product implementation, and lifecycle management activities.
- Support new product implementation and product lifecycle management activities
- Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously
- Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global teams
- Conduct product evaluations, testing, validation, and technical investigations
- Analyze engineering data and recommend solutions to technical challenges
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and engineering records
- Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support product quality and business growth
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 0-3 years of engineering experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Internship, co-op, or industry experience in a regulated environment
- Exposure to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 14971
- Experience with product development, validation, or testing activities
- Project management and technical documentation experience
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong collaboration skills
- Professional certifications are a plus

Salary Range: $68,700 - $78,700
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
