For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, we are looking for a Training Manager (f/m/d) for our Global Marketing department in the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- As Training Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for the design, planning, and execution of training programs in the field of minimally invasive surgery for internal teams, sales partners, and customers worldwide
- You design and implement training concepts in alignment with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Business Development, Regional Management, Local Marketing & Sales Management, and the Aesculap Academy
- You design digital training concepts including e-learning formats, hybrid trainings, and virtual sessions and integrate them into the global training strategy
- You develop innovative training methods to enhance learning effectiveness and ensure the provision of necessary resources for trainings such as rooms, surgical models, instruments, and products
- As Training Manager (f/m/d), you create training programs based on the strategic direction of the Global Core Business Unit MIS and prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts, and course documentation
- You independently organize and conduct trainings, workshops, and practical exercises for national and international employees as well as users, thereby ensuring the successful implementation of products and surgical techniques
- You support customers during clinical observations and first surgeries by providing guidance on techniques and product use
- You monitor market trends, gather feedback, and continuously optimize training content
- Managing training budgets, ensuring cost control, and maintaining communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders globally also fall within your area of responsibility
Professional Competencies:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification; a master’s degree is an advantage
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience in the field of minimally invasive surgery
- You bring at least 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally complemented by knowledge in marketing or product management
- You possess excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- You demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills for international audiences
- You are willing to travel internationally (more than 50% of your working time)
