As Sr. Manager of SCM Operation Department and Head of OSS Order Management Center at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

Your key responsibilities:

  • Operations Leadership; Oversee and integrate SCM operations, including order processing, loan management, and data management. Drive standardization and efficiency improvements across business processes.
  • OSS Order Management Center Management; Lead the newly established OSS Order Management Center. Collaborate closely with the sales organization to gradually expand service scope and establish sustainable and scalable processes.
  • Vendor Management; Manage outsourcing partners for order and loan operations. Continuously review and optimize outsourcing strategies to ensure efficient and stable operations.
  • Continuous Improvement Culture; Partner with sales and other support functions to instill and promote a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) at all organizational levels.
  • People Management; Develop team capabilities, nurture future SCM talent, and build a high-performing organization.

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SCM operations
  • Proven experience in KPI management and operational quality improvement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience in team leadership and people development
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP
  • Intermediate-level English (hands-on experience collaborating with global teams is required)
  • Proven experience in process improvement using Lean, BPR, Kaizen methodologies
  • Experience in SCM within the healthcare or regulated industry
