HR Generalist

Objective

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and execution of core HR processes across the B. Braun Romania group. Your role will focus on managing administrative and payroll operations, supporting recruitment and selection, overseeing compensation and benefits, and contributing to training and internal communication initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across all affiliated companies.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative and payroll activities in collaboration with external HR service providers
  • Oversee the employment process: document collection, contract signing, medical check scheduling, access card requests etc.
  • Draft and manage employment-related documents: contracts, addendums, termination decisions, job descriptions etc.
  • Manage onboarding for new hires
  • Administer employee benefits and liaise with external suppliers (medical services, language courses, vouchers etc.)
  • Prepare HR reports and performance indicators
  • Centralize and verify monthly payroll documentation and timesheets; liaise with payroll providers
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes: interview coordination, feedback, offer preparation
  • Maintain and update training documentation and employee GDPR records
  • Regularly update the employee database and organizational charts
  • Participate in disciplinary investigations
  • Improve internal HR document workflows and support labor law compliance
  • Contribute to other HR projects and processes

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in HR administration and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Fluency in English
