As a Therapy Specialist at B. Braun Group you will play a vital role maintaining efficient production processes for the manufacturing of our high-quality medical products

                                                                                                   

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assimilate the therapy knowledge with respect to products and processes for the zone assigned.
  • To complete self-training successfully as designed by marketing on periodical basis and disseminate / develop team associated.
  • Support the sales management to maximize the sales efforts by way of scientific promotion
  • Conduct educational and promotional activities for medical & para medical staff
  • Develop new and innovative ideas to maximize the outcome from scientific promotion

 

KRAs & Specific Roles:

Customer management

  • Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders as assigned by the organization.
  • Develop a scientifically oriented brand image in the hospital segment and customers
  • Conduct scientific activities like CME's, Workshops, Group product demos as per marketing plans.
  • Establish alliance and maintain good rapport with key opinion leaders to get patronage to our portfolio
  • Support commercial team to gain entry as well as increase the consumption of our products in the hospital
  • Validation and periodic updation of competitor data and strategies.
  • Submission of Weekly and Monthly plan and update Reports.
  • Job shadowing on key portfolios.
  • Product demonstrations and handling certifications for self and accreditation on basic standards led by company.
  • Drive health technology assessment tools in targeted hospitals/ institutes
  • Product training of team in coordination with marketing team to the designated therapy/product group.
  • Conducting Audits in hospitals pertaining to Bbraun portfolio ( e.g infection control portfolio)

  • Must to Have:  Bachelor/ Masters in Nursing
  • Experience: 3-5 years experience in a hospital audits , nursing training  and nursing practice.
