The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge medical devices and systems. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining positive business relationship to ensure future sales
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/areas.
  • Forecast and implement the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
  • Build relationships with both external and internal customers to capitalize on all business opportunities.
  • Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
  • Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
  • Coordinate and organize sales meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Education

  • University degree, preferably majored in bio-health area (preferred)

 

Experience

  • 3-8 years of sales experience in healthcare industry (medical device business experience preferred)
  • Solid channel & KOL management

 

Specific knowledge /skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined
  • Presentation & Negotiation skills
  • Direct Sales experience
  • Good command of English will be a plus
