Your Opportunity
We are looking for two ambitious and confident Technology Specialists to play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals with innovative solutions in orthopaedic and spine surgery. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and advancing surgical care.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, as a Technology Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced surgical technologies, provide in-theatre support, deliver technical training, and assist with product demonstrations for advanced orthopaedic and spine surgery solutions. You’ll work closely with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure optimal product use and contribute to new product introductions and educational events. This role combines hands-on technical work with relationship building and education.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and training to surgeons and clinical teams.
- Provide in-theatre support during orthopaedic procedures, ensuring correct product usage.
- Plan and organise your territory to engage key decision-makers in hospitals.
- Assist with new product introductions and educational events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of orthopaedic technologies and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
About You
Your background will include:
- 2-4 years relevant experience in a technical, clinical, or engineering environment.
- Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or technology-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Physiotherapy preferred.

Additional requirement :
