Lead the Commercial Excellence team of the B. Braun Group in Portugal, supporting management through data-driven insights across sales, marketing, pricing, and value chain management to maximize customer value, profitability, and sustainable growth.
This leader combines analytical, commercial, and marketing skills to ensure the consistent execution of commercial strategies and the effective implementation of internal, cross-functional projects within the Group. The role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience.
To succeed in this role, the following is valued:
- University degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or similar fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, Sales Operations, or commercial areas with a strong Marketing component
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel, or similar)
- Previous experience in the Medical Devices and/or Pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
