As a Supervisor – Financial Planning & Analysis with us in B.Braun, you will play a vital role in evaluating financial performance, leading budgeting and reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide investment analysis, support pricing strategies, and coach junior staff while ensuring compliance with financial standards and regional initiatives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate financial performance across the company and its divisions/business areas.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial closing processes and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports to support informed decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and target-setting processes, and monitor performance against plans.
- Analyze internal and external economic data to support strategic planning.
- Evaluate investment performance and support business plan assessments.
- Assist in developing new business models and reviewing pricing strategies to meet profitability goals.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams, coach junior staff, and stay updated on financial regulations and practices.
What you will bring to the team:
- University/Master degree in finance and/or accounting.
- Min 5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting, with experience in driving business decisions and strategies for commercial teams.
- Min 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel, ideally also with knowledge in SAP.
