As a Sr. Executive - Technical Service at B. Braun you plays a vital role in installing, maintaining, and servicing customer equipment while managing maintenance agreements, service contracts, and GDP compliance to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, leads service planning, resolves complex technical issues, recommends equipment upgrades, and mentors junior engineers to maintain high service standards.
Your key responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and repair customer equipment, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical and start‑up issues.
- Manage service and maintenance agreements, including contract signing, database maintenance, and GDP compliance.
- Plan and execute service activities to meet maintenance contracts and service‑level agreements while ensuring timeliness and reliability.
- Develop and improve technical service procedures, monitor cost and performance, and recommend equipment upgrades to meet customer needs.
- Lead and support the service team by resolving recurring issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coaching junior engineers to maintain high service quality.
What you will bring to the team:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 3–5 years of experience in technical services.
- Strong multilingual communication skills, with good command of Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English.
- Excellent technical service competency, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally within a matrix organization, supported by strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, supporting efficient documentation and reporting.
