As a Senior Executive – HR at B. Braun you plays a vital role in managing core HR functions including C&B, talent acquisition, L&D, and employee relations, while driving HR initiatives and projects. You will also review and develop organizational guidelines and act as a key facilitator to ensure clear, effective communication across the organization.
Your key responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Execution: Support implementation of HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with business objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, salary reviews, variable pay calculations, audits, and budgeting while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Talent Acquisition & Training: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for interns and contractors, plan and deliver training programs, and manage training budgets and partners.
- Performance Management & Process Improvement: Execute performance management activities, provide guidelines, and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Maintain strong relationships with external partners (consultants, agencies, authorities) and support HR digitalization projects for streamlined operations.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years of experience in Payroll / Compensation & Benefit, with min 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development preferred.
- Above average English proficiency, able to communicate in English.
