As a Senior Executive – Sales at B. Braun you plays a vital role in driving sales revenue and profitability by managing assigned territories, accounts, and product portfolios, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and building a sustainable pipeline within target hospitals and leads customer engagement, sales planning, and market intelligence activities while coordinating internal reporting, competitor feedback, and pharmacovigilance‑related complaint handling to support compliance and business growth.

Your key responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling products, services, and total solutions within assigned territories, accounts, or product portfolios to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, needs assessment, solution recommendation, price negotiation, order closure, and delivery coordination within authorized limits.
- Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline by developing project budgets within target hospitals and cultivating long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Plan and execute sales activities through structured annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning, prioritizing tasks and coverage to achieve business objectives.
- Support compliance and market intelligence by sharing customer feedback and competitor insights internally, and handling complaint documentation and pharmacovigilance reporting in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
What you will bring to the team:
- University degree in healthcare or a related field, with 3–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, markets, and customers, drive sales growth, and actively engage in clinical treatment environments.
- Strong cross‑functional and matrix‑organization collaboration skills, with excellent internal and external communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently, multitasking effectively, embracing change, taking full ownership, and proactively accepting new challenges.
- Positive, constructive team player with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
