As a MIS/ORS Business Developer at B. Braun you plays a vital role in promoting and selling our products and services to hospitals, healthcare facilities and medical professionals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the attainment of sales targets for the ORS business by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at business growth and market expansion.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and drive business development efforts.
  • Identify and introduce new products that align with the strategic goals of the business unit, ensuring continuous success and growth of ORS business.
  • Work closely with the Central Marketing Team to align business and marketing strategies and create and organize materials to support business development in the ORS business area.
  • Organize and conduct comprehensive product training sessions for distributor sales representatives, in collaboration with the Central Marketing Team, to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Partner with various departments, including Territory Sales, Central Marketing, Regulatory, Central Operations, and Market Access, to support comprehensive business development initiatives.
  • Assist in managing, developing and executing pricing strategies for both direct sales and distributors to enhance market share and outperform competitors.
  • Assist in creating strategies for distributors, developing new business opportunities, and expanding into new market segments to drive growth.
  • Support the development and communication of business development strategies, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business unit.
  • Contribute to the development and communication of product and financial roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.

What you will bring to the team: 

  • University degree in business, marketing, medical science, medicine, nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • With MIS sales and (or) product experiences or Suture sales are a plus
  • Business English is a must (Reading, writing and speaking)
