As a Project Sales Senior Executive at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…. 

 

Your key responsibilities:        

  • Manage portfolio of Surgical Instruments and Container Projects Execution. 
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities, for example sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with B. Braun Code of Conduct, and organization’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify changes in the trend of healthcare industry, competition and reimbursement prices and work with Market Access team to develop detail analysis, to modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Evaluate market trends, market shares, customers behaviors, competitive landscape to identify project opportunities for existing and/or new products/services.
  • Actively strengthen professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

What you will bring to the team: 

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, engineering, nursing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant sales experience in medical device industries.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in supporting complex projects from initiation to completion, as well as project and contract negotiations, knowledge in project management tools. 
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., medical devices) may be required for specific roles.
