In this Role, you will provide a highly efficient support to Marketing team on timely manner.
Tasks & Responsibility:
• Assist with Administrative Tasks
- Existing tasks such as placing orders with printing vendors for marketing material, e.g. patient booklet.
- Demo goods delivery arrangements, including sending and receiving decoration items for events.
- External communication with stakeholders
• Assist with Maintenance and Coordination of Event Decoration Assets
- Manage reusable decoration items
- Maintain a simple inventory log to track usage, condition, and storage location—supporting better planning and cost control.
• Support Event Preparation for Aesculap Academy Activities
- Logistics and material organization.
- Course registration, certificate preparation, flyer editing.
• Help with Internal Communication and Documentation for Marketing-Related Events and Training
- Product training preparation, recording, filming, check-in and check-out.
• Support Simple Data Entry and File Management
- Help update internal tracking sheets (e.g., participant lists, inventory for special price items).
- Organize shared folders and ensure files are properly named and stored.
- Support copy-paste tasks such as updating license numbers after license review.
- Preview survey results (some events use handwritten notes and participant info that need to be keyed in).
