As a CE manager at B. Braun you plays a vital role in promoting and selling our products and services to hospitals, healthcare facilities and medical professionals.

Your key responsibilities: 

 

Tender Management

  • Working with key members from various departments including Business Area managers to obtain the information required to compile and implement the bidding strategy to win tenders
  • Build and review historical price trend & forecast analysis, consolidate & analyze competitors’ prices and make independent strategic decisions to participate and set winning tender prices
  • Developing pricing strategies aligned with COGS and P&L
  • Management of cost and price calculations in relation to tender
  • Closely monitor and clarify all bid conditions, specifications and management of the tender preparation
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjustment of frameworks given by the customers

 

Customer Relationship Management

  • Salesforce function implementation and management
  • Analyze Salesforce system and identify process inefficiencies
  • Recommend sales process improvements and work with cross functional teams to correct
  • In collaboration with all departments, build, direct and implement strategies in Salesforce and other management tools to review and continuously improve business operation and planning processes
  • Develop customer relationships to drive revenue growth through the effective use of Salesforce in managing the opportunity pipeline
  • Develop business opportunities and create valuable reports and intelligence dashboard to review sales activities and KPIs
  • Creating, executing, analyzing, and monitoring dealer contracts

 

Sales Administration Management

  • Manage the sales administration to ensure its effective support and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically
  • Liaise with stakeholders, SCM and Finance to ensure that sales administration activities are integrated with all parts of the business and for current and future sales & marketing activities
  • Coordinate and communicate between 4 PL partner (external) and stakeholders (internal), resolving both parties challenges related to service or sales and ensure its alignment
  • Centralized help-desk providing support for sales systems including Salesforce, Approval etc. for the sales organization, including troubleshooting, gathering feedback and documenting processes
  • Review and challenge the existing work practices and procedures, and drive improvements and change initiatives
  • Lead and offer guidance and support to the stakeholders for handling daily routines

 

 

Overall: Be responsible for GDP compliance and carry out required duties.

What you will bring to the team: 

  • University degree in business, marketing, medical science, medicine, nursing or related field
  • At least 10 years’ experience in healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of Sales, Tender and Procurement processes and Contract & Risk management (Extensive contract experience, preferably from a wide medical device portfolio and complex business environment, ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions.)
  •       Proficient in pricing analysis, COGS, and P&L management
  •       Strong relationship building skills, both internally across different functions and externally towards our customers and third parties.
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent in MS office
