As a SGM Associate Manager at B. Braun you plays a vital role in promoting and selling our products and services to hospitals, healthcare facilities and medical professionals.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and raise awareness about Sterile Container Systems. Design and execute engagement strategies to increase customer awareness and interest in our Sterile Container Systems, leveraging with various innovative events and approaches.
    Plan, coordinate, and execute detailed on-site demonstrations and trials, providing hands-on experiences to highlight the unique features and benefits of our products in real-world settings.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis, including cost-benefit assessments and financial modeling, to determine the viability and potential return on investment for proposed projects.
    Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and reports, utilizing data-driven insights and case studies to effectively communicate the value proposition to users, purchasing departments, and top management.
  • Engage with end-users and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, ensuring that project specifications are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with user needs and expectations.
  • Prepare precise and transparent quotations and conduct strategic price negotiations to achieve agreements that satisfy both the company's financial objectives and the customer's budget constraints.
  • Create detailed and realistic budgets for large-scale projects, incorporating all relevant costs and ensuring alignment with the financial goals and constraints of the medical centers and other hospitals.
  • Manage the logistics of product delivery and installation, overseeing the commissioning process to ensure that all products are in good conditions and meet the required standards before project handover.
  • Generate and issue accurate invoices promptly upon project completion, and transfer customer relationships to dedicated sales representatives to maintain ongoing support and encourage future small-scale purchases.
  • Actively support sales representatives to enhance awareness of our Sterile Container Systems and facilitate the successful execution of small to mid-scale projects in their respective hospitals.

What you will bring to the team: 

  • At least 10+ years of relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong OR and CSSD domain knowledge
  • Proven hospital project management and budget management experience
  • Strong understanding of hospital sales and purchasing processes
  • Proven ability to build relationships with nurses and key hospital stakeholders
  • Business development experience with a strong sales and opportunity-seeking mindset
  • Ability to develop long-term sales pipelines and account strategies
  • Business-level English for regular collaboration with regional teams
