As a Specialist – System Developer at B. Braun Philippines, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining internal systems and applications that support business operations. You will be responsible for the full system development life cycle, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full system development life cycle, from analysis and design to deployment, support, and continuous improvement of internal applications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based systems and digital solutions, including BMS, PowerApps, and integrated platforms.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Project Managers to deliver high-quality, timely, and business-aligned technology solutions.
- Analyze user requirements, validate system issues, and recommend effective technical solutions and enhancements.
- Prepare system documentation and user guides while providing basic IT infrastructure support when necessary.
What You Will Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1–3 years of application development experience.
- Proficiency in PHP using frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter, with experience in VueJS or React.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, optimization, and intermediate expertise in ASP.NET and C#.
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps and ability to independently develop and maintain complex systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
