As a Sales Manager - Operating Room Supplies at B. Braun you plays a vital role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, fostering a high-performance sales culture, and collaborating with other departments to drive overall business growth.    

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market conditions, business objectives, and organizational targets, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Lead and manage the sales team by setting clear targets, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools, including CRM systems, workflows, and onboarding procedures, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accurate data management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead high-level negotiations, resolve issues promptly, and implement customer retention strategies to drive loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams on lead generation, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives to support overall business goals.

 

 What you will bring to the team: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 10–15 years in sales/commercial roles, including 3–5 years in leadership positions with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Strong team management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities to build relationships at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, highly organized, with integrity, urgency, and ability to perform under pressure.
