As a Sales Engineer at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth in Bataan and Zambales.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key prospects, understand industry trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with healthcare clients to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting their unique requirements.
- Stay abreast of changes and developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, competitive activities, and emerging trends, to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough assessments of dialysis machines and ancillary equipment at assigned hospitals and dialysis centers to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform routine calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, and replacement of parts within the designated timeframe to meet quality and compliance standards while adhering to standard operating procedures and B. Braun’s quality guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, documenting findings and implementing solutions to restore equipment functionality, and escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff or manufacturer’s support, when necessary, to ensure timely resolution.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing medical equipment.
- With medical or pharmaceutical sales background, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
