As a Manager, Regional Sales at B. Braun you plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the sales activities within a designated region to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing regional sales strategies, leading and mentoring a regional sales team, and collaborating with other departments to drive overall business growth.
Your key responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company objectives; analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and respond to customer needs using data insights.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, mentor the team to foster accountability and continuous improvement, and conduct regular evaluations with structured feedback and tailored development plans.
- Process & Operational Excellence: Design and enhance sales processes for compliance and efficiency, leverage CRM systems, and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting aligned with financial goals.
- Client Relationship & Retention: Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, gather feedback to drive innovation, and execute strategies to improve retention and reduce churn through data-driven solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams on tenders, contracts, and project management; provide senior management with comprehensive KPI reports and actionable insights.
- Financial & Contract Management: Oversee account receivables, recovery efforts, and CLM processes; manage overdue payments and ensure timely invoicing while coordinating with finance and legal teams.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred) with 7+ years in sales, including 3+ years in management.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, combined with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; adept at building relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, with integrity, urgency, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel extensively.
