As a Professional Hospital Representative at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….
Your key responsibilities:
- Area coverage of Makati, Taguig, Paraneque and Muntinlupa.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities and drive revenue growth. Demonstrate a strong sales drive by showing enthusiasm for securing new clients and striving to outperform targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics by maintaining a proactive and results-oriented approach. Remain resilient under pressure, persevering through challenges and remaining productive while consistently looking for new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal Functions to align sales efforts and enhance customer engagement. Show cooperation by actively sharing knowledge and insights with cross-functional teams, while ensuring all accountable stakeholders are included in decision-making processes.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms with healthcare clients to maximize revenue and profitability while meeting their unique requirements. Take responsibility for delivering performance, making decisions to achieve goals, and ensuring tasks are completed with discipline and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software, providing regular updates and reports to sales management. Act with customer focus, addressing client needs efficiently, building sustainable partnerships, and finding joint solutions with customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Take responsibility for learning actively, seeking feedback from colleagues, reflecting on experiences to improve, and investing in personal and professional growth.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. Cooperate constructively by keeping promises, delegating responsibility effectively, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for recovering overdue payments from clients. Work closely with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment terms if necessary, and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate internal stakeholders for further action.
- Regularly monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from clients. Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring cash flow and revenue targets are met.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market research, customer insights, and historical data. Collaborate with internal teams to align forecasted sales with inventory management and production planning, ensuring demand is met while avoiding overstock or shortages.

What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within healthcare organizations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for customer meetings, sales presentations, and industry events, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
