As a Professional Hospital Representative, you will play a vital role in developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation. You will ensure accurate reporting, collaborate with internal teams, support billing and collections, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver effective, customer‑focused solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales Development & Client Management
- Cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to generate sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong sales drive by securing new clients and exceeding targets.
Sales Operations & Negotiation
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue.
- Take ownership of performance delivery and ensure disciplined execution.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Market Insight
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives.
- Share market insights and refine strategies based on industry trends.
Financial Coordination & Compliance
- Work with Finance to recover overdue payments and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and align with inventory planning.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce.
- Track leads, opportunities, and customer visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required
- Commitment to continuous professional development
