As Professional Hospital Representative at B. Braun you plays a vital role in driving revenue by building strong relationships with healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales process from prospecting to negotiation. The role ensures accurate sales reporting, collaborates with internal teams, supports billing and collections, and stays informed on industry trends to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data in Salesforce (ALEXIS) by creating and managing opportunities, logging all customer and account interactions, and converting assigned leads to drive pipeline, sales and growth.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying prospects, managing client relationships, delivering tailored presentations, and maintaining accurate customer data.
- Lead sales operations including contract negotiation, pricing, CRM updates, sales reporting, and consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams while leveraging market insights, industry trends, and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies.
- Support financial processes through payment follow‑ups, resolving billing issues, preparing accurate sales forecasts, and coordinating with Finance, Inventory, and other teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and promote safe, compliant product use.
- Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, activities, and use analytics dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) to support territory planning and decision‑making.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in medical sales, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence healthcare professionals and build strong relationships.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, able to identify opportunities, solve problems, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales technologies, willing to travel as needed, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
