As a Professional Hospital Representative at B. Braun, you will drive revenue by building strong relationships with healthcare clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales process from prospecting to negotiation. You will ensure accurate reporting, collaborate with internal teams, support billing and collections, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver effective, customer‑focused solutions.

Your key responsibilities

  • Sales Development — Identify and cultivate relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals; secure new clients and exceed sales targets; deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations.
  • Sales Operations — Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; take ownership of performance delivery; maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives; share market insights; refine strategies based on industry trends.
  • Financial Coordination — Partner with Finance to recover overdue payments, resolve billing issues, and prepare accurate forecasts aligned with inventory planning.
  • Compliance & Ethics — Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards; educate clients on safe product use.
  • CRM Management — Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce; track leads, opportunities, and customer visits; leverage BI dashboards for territory planning.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems.
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
