As a Order Processor Coordinator at B. Braun you will play a vital role in overseeing the entire order lifecycle of the respective business area, from order entry to delivery. Ensuring accurate order entry, monitoring of order fulfillment, and timely order status coordination with internal and external customers.
Your key responsibilities:
- Validate customer order and process order entry in the system
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure timely fulfillment and monitor order status
- Communicate with internal and external customers on order updates, delays, or issues
- Coordinate with planning, inventory and logistics teams on product availability
- Manage order modifications, corrections, cancellations, and returns
- Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, batch, expiration, pricing or delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices
What you will bring to the team:
- Strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or any supply chain role
