POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of multiple dialysis centers. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high standards of patient care. The position also drives continuous improvement, workforce capability development, stakeholder engagement, and business growth initiatives within the assigned centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily center operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Performance & Quality: Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and standardize best practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- People Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster collaboration and engagement; lead succession planning and capability building across centers.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; ensure cost efficiency and profitability; analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams, healthcare providers, and referring nephrologists; act as liaison with corporate headquarters and regulatory bodies; support business development and expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in dialysis services.
Technical & Functional Skills
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, clinical processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare systems (e.g., EHR, practice management systems).
Behavioral Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of adaptability and results orientation.
