As a Medical Sales Specialist (Minimally Invasive Surgery and Sterile Goods Management) at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling medical products and services to healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors across Metro Manila region. You will be instrumental in building lasting relationships and driving business growth through expert knowledge and strategic sales execution for our Surgical portfolio.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize prospective customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Provide technical support, training, and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to support promotional activities and product development.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare).
- Min 3 - 5 years of sales experience in medical devices/ equipment field, preferably in Surgical.
- Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry.
- Experienced in building key relationships with healthcare professionals across hospital settings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
