As a Manager – CRM & Business Analytics at B.Braun, you will play a key role in supporting the effectiveness of the commercial organization by managing the CRM platform and business analysis databases, developing and implementing CRM strategies, and utilizing data modeling tools and techniques to generate actionable business insights. These insights enable data‑driven decision making that enhances business performance. You will also ensure that the CRM system is effectively maintained and leveraged, while also driving continuous improvement through analytics, strategy execution, and collaboration with regional teams.
 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

CRM System Management

 

  • Oversee the administration, utilization, and maintenance of the CRM platform, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all records
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Develop CRM local governance, guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent adoption and usage
  • Deliver training and support to promote effective usage and awareness of CRM’s operational benefits to the commercial team

 

Business Analytics and Insights

 

  • Generate actionable insights by integrating and analyzing CRM data alongside SAP and other business data sources
  • Design, build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports using CRM, SAP and other business data sources for effective performance monitoring and analysis
  • Recommend and implement data integration solutions using SQL and other technologies to consolidate data from CRM, SAP and other business data sources

 

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

 

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and evolving best practices in CRM Operational Excellence and Business Analytics
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance commercial effectiveness
  • Implement new tools, techniques, and methodologies that strengthen the organization’s competitive edge

 

Stakeholder Management and Leadership

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to build analytical capability and foster collaboration
  • Lead multistakeholder projects in a matrix environment, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution of strategic initiatives

 

Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing

 

  • Actively liaise with APAC CRM and Commercial Excellence teams to share and adopt best practices
  • Represent the Philippines in regional forums and ensure alignment with global strategies
  • Adapt and localize regional methodologies to local needs while maintaining consistency with broader organizational goals
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and encourage collaboration across teams

 

What you will bring to the team:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM Management or business analytics
  • Experience in CRM administration including system management, user support and data governance
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar platform
  • Strong experience in business analytics including data analysis, performance monitoring and generating actionable insights to support the business
  • Experience in working with CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar) and ERP systems such as SAP and integrating data from multiple sources using SQL or similar
  • Preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with proven success record
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects
