Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive administrative strategies and policies to optimize organizational operations and create a seamless work environment.
- Lead and manage the Administration team, ensuring effective performance, staff development, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, security, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Plan, budget, and monitor administrative expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with organizational financial objectives.
- Manage corporate real estate, leases, and infrastructure projects, including planning office expansions or relocations when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to assess and address administrative needs, providing high-level support to enhance productivity.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency within administrative functions.
- Oversee vendor and contract management for services related to office supplies, utilities, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all administrative operations.
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including government agencies, legal entities, and other service providers, representing the organization’s interests effectively.
- Implement and monitor systems for employee engagement and satisfaction related to workplace amenities and facilities.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing facilities, office operations, and compliance in a fast-paced organization.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant administrative software and tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated financial and budget management expertise.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and health and safety standards.
