As a Junior Product Manager for Operating Room Supplies and Minimally Invasive Surgery at B. Braun you will play a vital role in supporting the product management team in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies for healthcare solutions. This role involves assisting with market research, product development, and marketing initiatives to ensure products meet market demands and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of the healthcare industry, and a passion for product management.
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
- Analyze data to support product strategy, development, and stakeholder reporting.
- Define product requirements based on research and customer feedback.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch activities.
- Coordinate product launches, including marketing materials and sales tools.
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on positioning, campaigns, and training.
- Maintain documentation and compliance, ensuring accurate records and regulatory standards.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare market, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy development frameworks (4Ps, STP, Value Proposition Design, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business analytics and project management tools.
