As an HR Business Partner – Talent Development, you will play a dual strategic role as both a trusted business partner and a talent development leader. You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives in Talent Development, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development, while supporting business leaders in translating strategy into people solutions. This role is critical in building leadership capability, strengthening succession pipelines, and enabling a future-ready workforce.
Your key responsibilities:
1. Talent Development & Organizational Development (Core Focus)
Lead talent management frameworks including succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential programs. Design and implement leadership development initiatives. Drive organizational development interventions such as org design, culture transformation, and capability building. Champion internal mobility and career development.
2. Learning & Development Design and Delivery
Own L&D strategy from needs analysis to execution. Develop competency-based learning frameworks. Deliver blended learning solutions and evaluate training effectiveness.
3. Data-Driven People Strategy
Leverage HR analytics to drive decision-making and support capability–building and change transformation initiatives.
4. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational design. Strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
5. Governance, Culture & Collaboration
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and strong governance. Drive engagement and culture initiatives aligned with company values. Manage vendors and cross-functional partnerships.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7–10 years of HR experience with strong focus on Talent Development, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development.
- Proven ability in leadership development, succession planning, and competency frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred Certifications:
PMAP, PSOF, IHRP/CHRP Philippines, IFPM, CPHR, HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD.
