As a Clinical Application Specialist at B. Braun, you will provide advanced clinical support and training to healthcare professionals. You will deliver education, assist with product implementation, and act as a liaison between the company and clinical end‑users to ensure optimal product usage and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Training — Deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on medical devices and healthcare software; develop and update training materials and user guides.
- Product Implementation — Assist with device and software integration in clinical settings; provide on‑site support during installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Customer Engagement — Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals; act as the primary contact for clinical inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Feedback & Insights — Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements; share best practices and clinical insights to enhance patient care.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with sales, marketing, product development, and technical support teams; assist sales with clinical presentations and demonstrations.
- Compliance & Documentation — Maintain accurate records of training sessions and customer interactions; ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or an allied health discipline.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in hemodialysis; exposure to hospital or critical care settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and digital proficiency for clinical application support.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
