POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and market expansion of our products. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. The role requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to shape strategy.

Growth Strategy: Develop and execute plans for revenue expansion and market penetration.

Client Management: Build long-term relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention.

Sales Leadership: Lead full sales cycle, achieve targets, and maximize upselling opportunities.

Marketing Support: Collaborate on campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to boost visibility.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory adherence and deliver performance reports to management.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering; MBA preferred.

5–7 years in business development/sales/marketing within healthcare or medical devices.

Proven success in hitting sales targets and driving growth.

Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and travel when needed.

Experience in product development and lifecycle management is a plus.
