Be responsible for supplier quality assurance, including qualification of potential supplier/contractor, supplier/contractor quality performance evaluation and assessment. Perform quality supervision, abnormal handling and process control of purchased materials or finished products. To drive the continuous improvement of supplier/contractor QMS and quality control.
主要负责供应商质量保证，包括对潜在供应商/受托方准入，供应商/受托方质量绩效评估与考核，对采购物料或成品的质量监督、异常处理及过程管控，以及推动供应商/受托方质量管理体系和质量控制持续改善。 

1)Responsible for maintaining of supplier quality management processes. Maintain the data of qualified suppliers and the list of qualified suppliers, and update  regularly, and maintain the supplier information in SAP;
主导供应商质量管理流程的维护。维护合格供应商数据及合格供应商清单，定期更新；维护SAP中供应商信息。

2)Create the annual plan of supplier audit, organize and implement regular supplier audits, drive the continuous improvement of suppliers. Implement supplier audits for new suppliers according to the development needs of suppliers, and participate in the qualification of suppliers.
制定供应商审计年度计划，组织实施常规的供应商审核，推动供应商的持续改进工作；根据供应商开发需求，组织对新供应商实施供应商审核，参与供应商的认证工作。

3)Based on feedback from incoming inspections, production and in-process inspections, and post-market on the quality of suppliers' products, drive and monitor supplier corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement of suppliers to ensure they meet product requirements.
接收进料检验、内部生产和检验以及后市场关于供应商产品质量的反馈，驱动和监控供应商纠正预防措施，推动供应商持续改进，确保其满足产品要求。

4)Cooperate with the supplier procurement strategy, organize and carry out key supplier capacity improvement activities, drive the continuous improvement of suppliers' system capabilities, and make progress in quality, cost, time, service, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of improvement and maintain the improvement results.
配合供应商采购战略，组织开展重点供应商能力提升活动，促使供应商在体系能力方面的不断提升，并在质量、成本、时间、服务等方面取得进步，达到改善目的并能维持改进成果。

5)Control supplier changes to ensure they are compliant and meet quality requirements.
管控供应商变更，确保变更合规并符合质量要求。
