主要工作职责 Main Responsibility

• Work with production to meet productivity and quality requirements incl. maintain and optimise BOM , routing and SOP， support daily trouble-shooting
  和生产一起合作达成生产力和质量目标，包括维护和优化BOM、工艺流程和作业指导书，负责日常产线故障排查。
  Responsible for lean saving activities in daily production. 
  负责日常生产过程中的工艺优化及效率提升
• Responsible for NPI project management , managing NPI process and DHF documents, working with HQ and RA department to accelerate product launch. 
  负责新产品转移过程中的项目管理， 管理DHF文件，与总部及注册部门配合加速产品上市。
• Responsible for the change management and relative activities, including the changes from HQ and local. 
  负责产品变更相关活动的管理，包括总部和本地变更。
• Support validation/qualification activity, equipment maintaince management and calibration tasks
  负责验证/确认的事宜，设备维护管理和校验任务
• Be responsible for projects assigned by supervisor
  负责主管指定的项目

任职资格 Minimum Requirement 

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical
  本科及以上学历，电子或机械类相关专业
• Must have 3 year + work experience in similar yield (production process, project management, product change)
  至少三年以上相关工作经验 (生产工艺，项目管理，产品变更管理)Good English oral and written skills.
• Active Medical device manufacturing experience, Product change or verification experience is preferred. 
  有有源医疗器械行业工作经验, 有产品变更或验证相关经验更佳
• Good English oral and written skills,Good communication skills,organizational and planning skills.
  良好的英语口头和书面表达能力,良好的沟通能力,组织及计划技能。
