Main Responsibility 主要职责

Be responsible for overall engineering department function to support all divisions in Su Zhou factory.

负责工程部门对苏州工厂所有事业部的统一支持和管理

To establish and implement related policy, procedure and programs to ensure facility, utility, new project construction, equipments installation and maintenance for high reliability to well support production smooth running

建立和实施相关的政策、程序和项目，确保厂房、设施、新项目建设、设备安装和维护等可靠性以支持生产正常运转

Drive for continuously process optimization and ensure the regulatory compliance to meet requirements in GMP, ISO, EHS, FDA and BBraun standards.
带领持续的流程改善，确保对法规要求的合规性，包含GMP, ISO, EHS, 国家药监局及贝朗集团的标准。

Minimum Requirement 最低任职资格

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering related.
大学本科学历，机械工程、电气工程等相关专业

More than 8 years of engineering management experience in manufacturing industry, including more than 5 years of factory engineering management experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry(xperience in overall management of multiple factories is preferred); 
8年以上制造业工程管理经验，其中5年以上医疗器械或药品行业工厂工程管理经验，有多工厂统筹管理经验者优先；

Familiar with the maintenance and management processes of medical device and pharmaceutical production equipment and public utilities, and proficient in relevant compliance standards such as GMP and ISO.
熟悉医疗器械、药品生产设备及公用设施的维护、管理流程，精通GMP、ISO等相关合规标准。
