Responsibilities:

• Research and Conceptualization: Conduct research to understand existing technologies, market trends, and customer needs. Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas, features, or improvements.
• Component Selection and Supply Chain Technical Collaboration: Lead the specification selection, sample testing, and technical validation of electronic components and PCBs; conduct alternative component evaluation and risk analysis for critical materials. Participate in technical assessments of suppliers, evaluate and approve the technical capabilities of potential suppliers, ensuring that components meet product design requirements in terms of performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Design and Development: Participate in product requirement analysis and system-level solution design. Responsible for schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware development. Create detailed design documentation, technical specifications, and engineering prototypes. Lead component selection and validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate designs. Work closely with mechanical, software, and test engineers to develop and optimize hardware subsystems, ensuring the design meets performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing, simulations, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability. Participate in prototype assembly, soldering, debugging, and functional testing. Perform comprehensive verification of key parameters such as signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/ESD compliance. Capable of independently analyzing and diagnosing technical issues during development, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and driving design iterations to optimize performance and ensure successful completion of all validation milestones.
• Documentation and Technical Support: Responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation of designs, test results, and project progress to ensure traceability and standardization. Author standardized technical documents, including design specifications, test reports, BOMs, and other engineering deliverables. Regularly present findings and progress updates to stakeholders. Provide technical support to manufacturing, testing teams, and customers during product development and mass production phases, assisting in resolving technical issues and facilitating smooth product ramp-up and deployment.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, quality assurance, manufacturing, software, mechanical, and test engineering, to ensure standardized and efficient execution throughout the product development lifecycle. Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Actively collaborate within global R&D teams to ensure alignment, timely information sharing, and smooth cross-departmental coordination, driving projects to successful completion on schedule and with high quality.

Educations/Qualifications:

• Major in Electronics Information, Automation, Communication Engineering or related fields, with a master's degree or above (can be relaxed to bachelor's degree for exceptionally outstanding candidates).
• 3-5 years of hardware development experience; candidates who have independently completed the entire process of circuit board design and debugging, and have knowledge of EMC, ESD, etc., are preferred.
