In order to improve the product development capability and performance of the active device team in Suzhou R&D, lead the active team to develop and implement product development strategies with global, clinical, business, and external partners to support the development of Braun's business in China.
Key Responsibilities:
- According to the company's strategy, support the development and cooperation direction of products in HC business unit, surgical and interventional therapy fields, support the establishment of internal and external innovation partners, and implement strategies to meet market focus and development plans for key R&D product lines.
- Manage the daily project progress of the R&D team and complete the development work according to the project plan.
- Responsible for budget planning and control management to ensure project delivery and personnel cost are alligned with budget planning.
- According to the overall strategy of the R&D, build and develop team capability; improve the process of new product development.
- Lead the CoE projects, ensure smooth communication and coordination with CoE, and complete the collborative work with CoE in a timely and high-quality manner.
Education and Qualifications:
- Successful completed master or bachelor studies in the field of mechanical engineering; Good skills in spoken and written English.
- 20+years of medical device development with at least 5 years of team management experience.Experience of leading a team to complete the whole product development from initiation to launch(Class II or III).
- Excellent problem-solving skills; Good influence skills; Be good at motivate team to inspire potentiality; Excellent oral and written communication skills.
