Your key responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the operation and performance characteristics of all types of production equipment in pharmaceutical factory, ensuring their proper and efficient functioning.
- Continuously optimize equipment and process to improve production efficiency and product quality.Assist the OE owner to drive the development of OE projects,
- Lead or participate end-to-end new equipment/line projects from requirements, technical selection, URS drafting to installation, commissioning, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation
- Responsible for providing training and guidance to production operators on equipment operation and maintenance, improving employees' equipment operation skills and autonomous maintenance awareness.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by supervision.
What you will bring to the team:
- Colleague Degree or above.
- Electrical Automation or related
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Experience in production equipment management in the manufacturing industry
- Familiar with the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment
- Familiar with lean concepts and lean tool usage.
- Work experience in food, pharmaceutical, and chemical enterprises is preferred.
- The role involves occasional exposure to a cleanroom environment.
