3. CNC technical support such as programming, program optimisation, fixture and tool optimisation, quality and efficiency improvement.

4. Collaborate and communicate with production team to analyse and resolve shop floor process and quality issues.

5. Initiate and implement lean activities to continuously optimise the production process in terms of quality, cost and efficiency.
